Glimpse of San Fran
This is a painting that I have had on the back-burner for quite a while. I took this photograph in San Francisco this summer and actually started working on a painting based on it. I got distracted and never finished it up.
Recently, I came across the incomplete painting and decided to finish it out. So after “months” of work, here it is:
I was trying to capture the fun and motion of life in San Francisco. It was a beautiful day and the blue sky- with its puffy clouds - gives the composition some balance. If you look closely, there is a guy at the back of the cable car taking a picture of me. Kind of funny!
